Due to the nature of online shopping, it is common for the final recipient's expectations of the product of their choice not to be met due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.
"GADGET TIME" through its website www.gadgettime.gr supports e-Commerce and gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions of which it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, fast and easy.
However, wanting to cover even more of our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning the products.
You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to notify us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 days from the date of purchase of the products. In this case, you are only charged the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted provided that:
- The products are in the same original condition in which you received them, ie without their packaging being sealed or violated, ie they are in their original (factory) condition ...
- The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
For your desire to return the products you purchased from our online store, you must notify us at 211 800 1086 stating the date / number of the purchase document within the above deadline. In case of our mistake, the return is accepted if you notify us within a period not exceeding 5 days and we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the costs of packaging and shipping.
In case the return is not due to our mistake, only the value of the order of the products and not the costs of packaging and shipping are returned. Returns are accepted by appointment and only if the packaging is intact. In the case of an open package, the refund is not accepted. Refunds will be made within 5 days of our return and receipt of the products.
The return process you follow is as follows:
- Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
- Place in the package you have made a document in which you give us the way in which you wish to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is deemed fit for return.
- Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to our attention. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned terms, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (eg broken goods, etc.), if and on our part we check the products before they are shipped. In case you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at 211 800 1086 or at email@example.com.
In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way in which they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account that you will notify to "GADGET TIME".
This Convention does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
